Refund Policy

Exchange only, no refunds.

If you wish to exchange your purchase due to a manufacturing defect or other breakage due to normal and non-abusive household use, please return it in its original packaging within 15 days of receipt of the product. The customer is responsible for the freight costs for the return, unless the product is defective or an error on our part has occurred during your order.

Before any return, please contact us at [email protected] to let us know of the situation and so that we can guide you to the best solution. Please note that the exchange will only be made once the product has been received in our establishments and accepted by our customer service.

If a monetary sum needs to be refunded, it will be credited to the payment method used by the customer during the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the discount to appear on your bank statement.
