This residue that many throw away without thinking is actually a powerful ally for beauty, the garden... and even the planet.

💆 1. Coffee grounds, a 100% natural beauty treatment

Coffee grounds are rich in antioxidants and caffeine, making it a choice ingredient for:

• Gently exfoliate the skin

• Stimulate blood circulation

• Restore radiance to a tired complexion

• Reduce the appearance of cellulite

Quick homemade scrub recipe:

• 1 tablespoon of coffee grounds

• 1 tablespoon of coconut or olive oil
  → Massage in gentle circles on the face or body, then rinse with lukewarm water. Result: soft and revitalized skin.

🌱 2. Fertilizers and garden care

Did you know that coffee grounds can replace some chemical fertilizers? In addition to being rich in nitrogen, it helps to aerate the soil and stimulates soil microorganisms.
