Our commitments
1. Reduce pollution during roasting
- Installation of a " "Afterburner" which reduces volatile organic compounds by up to 95% to produce cleaner exhaust air.
- Switching from propane gas to natural gas for roasting.
2. Reduce the amount of packaging needed
- Use "vertical" type packaging equipment which requires less raw material to package the same quantity of products.
- Discount applied in our stores when customers bring their reusable container or if they reuse our bags to reduce the use of single-use bags for bulk coffees.
3. Development and marketing of eco-responsible products and alternatives
Investment in research and development, also the marketing of products such as universal grinding and specially processed coffee for reusable capsules.
4. Use recyclable or biodegradable packaging
Conduct tests and introduce recyclable or biodegradable packaging.
5. Reduce the ecological impact of transport linked to internet orders
For every order placed on the online store, we plant a tree with Eden Reforestation Projects to make delivery carbon neutral.
