In Quebec and Canada
Free shipping is available across Canada for all purchases of $65 or more, once promotions have been applied.
For orders below this amount, a fixed fee of $10 applies for delivery anywhere in Quebec.
All orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours, then shipped via expedited parcel, for estimated delivery between 1 and 3 business days, depending on location and transport conditions.
We collaborate with partners offering the fastest possible delivery times. However, as with any shipment, certain external factors may cause delays beyond our control: high volume of packages, weather conditions, peak periods, etc.
Once the order has been processed by our customer service and a tracking code has been issued, it is unfortunately no longer possible to make changes or cancel it.

Refund and exchange policy
No refunds are possible, except in the case of an error on our part.
Returns are not accepted without prior approval. If a return is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email.
When a return is due to a customer error, the shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. However, if the error originates from our team, we cover all costs associated with the return and replacement.
It is essential to carefully check the information provided when placing your order, particularly the chosen version and delivery address, as these elements are entirely your responsibility.
