Ingredients (for 1 cup):

1 espresso or ½ cup of coffee with our Ho-Ho-Ho mix

¾ cup of warm milk (or plant-based milk)

¼ tsp ground cinnamon

A pinch of nutmeg

Maple syrup or vanilla, to taste

Whipped cream and cinnamon (optional)
Preparation :

Brew the Ho-Ho-Ho coffee.

Heat the milk with the spices (do not boil).

1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder

Preparation :

Mix the cocoa with the chocolate syrup and a little hot milk to create a smooth base.

Ingredients :

1 oz cold brew coffee (Tanzania Peaberry)

Ice

Nutmeg or orange zest for decoration
Preparation :

Brew the Tanzania Peaberry coffee in advance and let it cool.

In a shaker, add all the ingredients with some ice cubes.

Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
