🍶 Simple recipe: homemade cold brew, Castelo style
Ingredients :

1 cup (90-100 g) of Universal Ground Black Honey

1 liter of filtered cold water

A large glass container with a lid

A paper or permanent filter
Preparation :

Place the coffee in the filter which will be brewed in the container.

Add the cold water and mix gently.

Leave to infuse in the fridge for 12 to 18 hours, or even 24 hours.

Serve over ice, neat or with milk.
