Pour 1 capful (35-40 g) for domestic/espresso grinders or 2 capfuls (70-80 g) for commercial grinders.

Set to a medium grind and operate.

Then purge with coffee beans to remove any remaining dust.
Your coffee is roasted and shipped directly from the factory for unbeatable freshness.

We recently added Canada Post for those who wish to receive their package in a P.O. box. You always have the option to choose between the two companies when finalizing your order.
For shipments within Quebec City and Montreal, please allow an average of 24-48 hours. For other regions, please allow a minimum of 48 hours.

When you order online, your order is prepared directly in production and each order is made to measure according to your needs.
