Links to this site without the express written permission of Café Castelo are strictly prohibited. For permission to link to our site, please contact Café Castelo Inc. directly for written approval. We may at any time revoke any permission that has been granted on the grounds of injury or detriment to image, credibility, business, integrity, privacy, copyright, trademark or other rights protected by the moral and legal standards of Canadian society. Mirroring, salvaging, pasting and l'Mirroring, retrieving, pasting and data-mining of this site or any of its contents is strictly prohibited.Any hyperlinks contained on our website that take you away from the website and the sites to which they lead are not under our control.

Our newsletter subscription mechanism only collects personal information that you have provided to us via the website. You are the only one responsible for the information you provide and it is used to send you emails, exclusive promotions, offers or any other information deemed interesting. 

Payment 

We use the Shopify platform. On our online shopping site, we accept as payment methods: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express. The banking information is not stored on our server, it is managed by our payment provider.

When you make a purchase on the Site, you agree to provide a valid payment instrument. When you provide us with a payment instrument, you represent that you have permission to use that payment instrument. When you make a payment on our online store, you authorize us and the payment service we use to charge the full amount to the payment instrument you designate in the transaction.  

We reserve the right to cancel any transaction if we believe that the transaction violates these terms and conditions or if we believe that by doing so we can prevent a financial loss.

Café Castelo makes no warranty as to the reliability or accuracy of the Content on the Site. The Site is provided " As Is " and Café Castelo assumes no responsibility for any Content that is found to be incomplete, misleading or for any errors on the Site.

By browsing and using our website, you agree to cooperate promptly with Café Castelo. You shall assist and cooperate with the Café Castelo Indemnified Parties to the fullest extent reasonably possible. The Café Castelo Indemnified Parties will have the right to participate with counsel of their choice in any defense of a claim that you are required to defend or indemnify the Café Castelo Indemnified Parties for (the "Indemnified Claim").
