Online store
Ordering coffee online from Café Castelo is quick and easy. You can do it right now directly on our website, which is an online store. Here's how it works:
- Browse our menu: All our products are listed in the "Our products" section.
- Add to cart: Select the products you want and add them to your cart.
- Finalize your order: Once you've made your selections, click on the shopping cart in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Enter your delivery address and choose your payment method (credit or PayPal) to finalize your order.
For those unfamiliar with online ordering, you can place your order by e-mail at info@cafecastelo.com. Specify exactly what you want (quantity, grind if applicable, types) and we'll send you an electronic invoice.
You must notify us immediately at info@cafecastelo.compourso that we can make the necessary changes. If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately you are responsible for providing us with the correct information and verifying your order before and after purchase in the order confirmation email.
We work with Délivro, a Quebec based delivery company. In the company's values, we strongly believe in encouraging local businesses.
For shipments within Quebec City and Montreal, please allow an average of 24h-48h. For other regions, please allow at least 48 hours. Please note that delivery takes place on working days only, with a delay of 1 to 3 days.
We have selected the partners offering the fastest service. However, as is the case everywhere else, exceptions may result in additional delays. If you have any questions about your package, we'll be happy to track it down and provide you with all the information you need.
Yes, it is possible to schedule the delivery of your coffee based on the quantity you desire and the frequency you prefer. You will never have the unpleasant surprise of running out of coffee again.

No refunds are possible, except in the case of an error on our part. We do not accept returns without email confirmation that we have accepted your request.
We can only accept unopened products.

General questions
The best way to store coffee is at room temperature. Big changes in temperature are not advisable, as they affect the essential oils in the coffee that give it all its flavor, so avoid the fridge or putting your bag on a windowsill.
You can keep your coffee in the bag, just make sure it is closed since contact with the air makes it lose its freshness. It is also possible to put it in an airtight stone, glass or porcelain jar. Avoid aluminum or metal jars as the coffee can quickly become impregnated with this type of material and you will taste it in your cup.

Yes, we offer gift cards for both our online store and our physical stores. It is important to note that these two systems are independent.
Virtual gift cards can only be used in our online store, while physical gift cards are reserved for our boutiques. Gift cards cannot be used at the factory.
