Delivery policy
In Quebec and Canada
Delivery is free on all purchases of $65 or more, once promotions have been applied, anywhere in Canada. For all purchases under $65, a flat fee of $10 will be applied for delivery anywhere in Quebec. All orders are processed within 24h-48h and then sent by expedited parcel service for receipt within 1-3 business days, depending on the shipping location. We have selected the partners offering the fastest service. However, as is the case everywhere else, exceptions may result in additional delays. If you have any questions about your package, we'll be happy to track it down and provide you with all the information you need.
International delivery
International orders are possible, but please - contact us at info@cafecastelo.com to place the order and inquire about shipping costs. Please note that international orders may be subject to taxes and/or customs fees, which may delay delivery. Please note that any such charges associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer at all times.
Refund and exchange policy
There is no refund possible, unless there is an error on our part.
We do not accept returns unless you have an email confirmation that we have accepted your return. When it is a return because the customer made a mistake, the shipping cost is at his expense. For any error on our part, we assume the full cost. It's important to note that it's entirely your responsibility to provide the correct information, whether it's for the milling process or for your delivery address.
