The benefits

Universal

You can use the same bag of ground coffee for most coffee makers: espresso, Italian over-the-fire, French piston, filter, and so on. We even use Universal Grind in all our commercial equipment.

Our innovation progresses linearly with the amount of coffee used, without producing defects such as bitterness or excessive acidity. The extraction of your coffee is optimized, resulting in a coffee that is always enhanced, but well-balanced, without defects.

Ecology

Our technological process reduces the amount of coffee required for each infusion by 15% to 50%, saving resources and reducing pollution.

By 2050, coffee production will have doubled, while available land will have halved. We will be using agricultural land at 700% of its current capacity. So Universal Grinding is not just a product, but an essential technology that can be applied to all types of coffee to preserve our precious resources.

Economy

Our innovation saves you up to 50%. You save resources and your money. We sell our beans and Universal Grind coffees at the same price to encourage our customers to choose more ecological alternatives.

We believe that everyone can become a barista. Our aim is to simplify the customer experience by minimizing common mistakes when brewing coffee, while reducing waste and dissatisfaction. With our universal grind, you only need one bag for all your machines. You can also use less coffee without compromising on flavor, guaranteeing a perfect coffee experience with every cup.

How much?

Reduce without reducing flavor

By using the Universal Grind, you can use the same amount of coffee as usual for more intensity, but it is also possible to reduce the amount of coffee without affecting the flavor of your coffee.

To determine whether your coffee is properly brewed and considered a "Golden Cup" according to the Specialty Coffee Association, there are two variables to consider: the TDS percentage, which is an indicator of the coffee's strength, and the extraction percentage, which demonstrates the efficiency of the coffee extraction. With the Universal Grind, even if you use less coffee as shown in the image, you're still getting the optimum extraction.
