Follow the manufacturer's instructions.
Traditional espresso machines

Place a Cafiza tablet in your portafilter (Friendly tip: break it slightly for best results). Insert the portafilter into the group head.

Activate the brewing cycle for 10 seconds, stop for 10 seconds. Repeat 5 times.

Remove the filter holder and rinse it with water from the group.

Reinsert the filter holder (without product) and repeat the cycle (10 seconds on/10 seconds off) 5 times.

Prepare and discard an espresso to ensure no residue remains.
