This residue that many people throw away without a second thought is actually a powerful ally for beauty, the garden... and even the planet.

💆 1. Coffee grounds, a 100% natural beauty treatment

Coffee grounds are rich in antioxidants and caffeine, making them an ideal ingredient for :

• Gently exfoliate skin

• Stimulate blood circulation

• Restore radiance to a tired complexion

• Reduce the appearance of cellulite

Express recipe for homemade body scrub:

• 1 tablespoon coffee grounds 

• 1 tablespoon coconut or olive oil
  → Massage into face or body in gentle circles, then rinse off with lukewarm water. Result: soft, invigorated skin.

🌱 2. Fertilizer and garden care

Did you know that coffee grounds can replace certain chemical fertilizers? As well as being rich in nitrogen, it helps aerate the soil and stimulates soil micro-organisms.

Here's how to use it:

• Directly at the base of plants (vegetables, perennials, herbs)

• Mixed with garden or vegetable garden soil

• In your compost to speed up the process
