Breakfast in bed: Nothing says "I love you" like breakfast in bed. Prepare a tray with fresh croissants, fruit and, of course, a cup of our exclusive blend. For Valentine's Day, if you have a capsule machine, we recommend our Mérak coffee, known for its notes of dark chocolate and oak, perfect for starting the day with sweetness and intensity. If you need bulk coffee, we suggest Miel Noir for its balance and sweet notes. 

Special recipe: Rosé cappuccino

• Make an espresso with Mérak or Miel Noir coffee
• Add foamed milk tinted with a few drops of red food coloring for a rosy effect.
• Sprinkle with chocolate powder for a gourmet touch.
• Serve with a sweet note under the cup.

A sweet afternoon

Café gourmand: Surprise your partner with an afternoon café gourmand. Prepare a selection of sweet treats: macaroons, fine chocolates and mini-tartelettes. Accompany them with a Marcato if you have a capsule coffeemaker, our bitter-free coffee with fruity, roasted notes, to deliciously complete this feast. For the loose version, we recommend Colombian. 

A romantic evening

Candlelight dinner: Conclude your Valentine's Day with a homemade candlelight dinner. After a delicious meal, if you have a capsule coffeemaker, serve a Herculo, our most intense coffee, with a chocolate dessert for a passionate end to the evening. For the bulk version, we suggest Yirgacheffe.

Cocktail coffee: Espresso martini

• 1 shot of Herculo or Yirgacheffe coffee
• 1 oz vodka
• 1/2 oz coffee liqueur
• Ice cubes
• Three coffee beans for decoration

Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with coffee beans for a classic, elegant look.
