Description of the coffee
A Guatemalan bean with a present, lively body and a rich aroma. A highly aromatic coffee with a well-balanced mouthfeel from the first sip to the last. Fruity notes enhanced by hints of woody spices and a slightly sweet finish reminiscent of caramel.
All our decaffeinated coffees are made with water using the Swiss method. We do not have any coffee decaffeinated with solvents. This natural process ensures a quality coffee that retains its original taste.

We have a custom-built plant for the art of roasting. This state-of-the-art facility enables us to control every stage of the roasting process with unrivalled precision. We also have a laboratory where we carry out pre- and post-roasting tests to guarantee consistent quality, in strict compliance with international standards.
Our coffee is 100% Arabica, carefully selected from the best harvests. We've been working with the same partners since 1996, ensuring exceptional consistency and quality. You may not know it, but behind every cup of coffee is around two years' work, from the farm to your cup. This attention to detail is our expertise, and you can taste it in every cup of Café Castelo.
