Spiced Holiday Latte Recipe

Enjoy the holiday season with our Christmas spiced coffee latte recipe, a warming drink perfect for this festive season.

During this festive season, what could be better than warming up with a gourmet coffee bursting with spice? Our special spiced latte recipe is inspired by the culinary traditions of the Balkans, the region of origin the Okuka family, founder of Café Castelo.

Ingredients for making the best Christmas coffee:

  • An espresso - we recommend our seasonal specialty, THE Christmas coffee!
  • ½ cup of milk (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar or light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon of ground ginger
  • A pinch of nutmeg

Preparation Steps:

  1. In a saucepan, heat the milk and stir in the brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. Mix until smooth.
  2. Pour an espresso into your favorite Christmas mug.
  3. When the milk is hot, use a milk frother to create a smooth foam. Gently pour it over the espresso.
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon or add the topping of your choice.
  5. Enjoy this spiced coffee latte while immersing yourself in your favorite holiday novel.

We wish you a Merry Christmas, filled with warmth and comforting flavors. From our family to yours, enjoy these precious moments.
