1. Festive Frappé at Le Mérak

Mérak offers unique density and a rich aromatic profile of dark chocolate and oak notes, reflecting the very essence of happiness. Intensity of 11 out of 13.

Ingredients:

• 1 shot of Mérak coffee, cooled
• 1/2 cup almond milk
• 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
• Ice cubes
• Whipped cream
• Pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg

Instructions:

1. Make an espresso with the Merak and leave to cool.
2. In a blender, combine the cooled coffee, almond milk, chocolate syrup and plenty of ice cubes.
3. Blend until smooth and frothy.
4. Pour into a tall glass, top with whipped cream and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon or nutmeg.
5. Serve with a straw and enjoy this festive frappé, ideal for a sunny afternoon of relaxation.

Ingredients:

• 1 shot Volupto coffee, cooled
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup
• Ice cubes
• Vanilla bean or chocolate chips for garnish

Instructions:

1. Prepare an espresso with Volupto and leave to cool.
2. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
3. Pour the milk and vanilla syrup over the ice cubes.
4. Add the cooled coffee.
5. Mix gently to incorporate the various elements.
6. Garnish with a split vanilla pod or chocolate shavings.

Ingredients:

• 1 shot Herculo coffee, cooled
• 1/2 cup sparkling water
• 1 tablespoon cane sugar syrup
• Juice of 1/2 lime
• Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:

1. Make an espresso with the Herculo and leave to cool.
2. In a shaker, combine the cooled coffee, cane sugar syrup, lime juice and a few ice cubes.
3. Shake vigorously.
4. Pour into a glass filled with ice cubes, straining out any large chunks of ice.
5. Top up with sparkling water.
6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
7. Enjoy this sparkling, refreshing cocktail, ideal for raising a toast at your festivities.
