We have a factory custom-built for the art of roasting. We also have a laboratory where we carry out pre- and post-roasting tests to guarantee consistent quality, in strict compliance with international standards.
Our coffee is 100% Arabica, carefully selected from the best harvests. We've been working with the same partners since 1996, ensuring exceptional consistency and quality. You may not know it, but behind every cup of coffee is around two years' work, from the farm to your cup. This attention to detail is our expertise, and you can taste it in every cup of Café Castelo.

We work with Délivro, a Quebec-based delivery company. As part of the company's values, we strongly believe in encouraging local businesses. We have recently added Canada Post for those who wish to receive their parcels in a P.O. Box. You always have a choice between the two companies when finalizing your order.
